Job description

The Role:

As a Senior Product Manager focused on Fulfillment & Operations, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the product roadmap for Minted’s critical operational systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that drive efficiency, improve customer experience, and support the company's growth.
 
We’re open to hiring in either San Francisco or remote. Our SF-based Product team has an in-person 3x a week schedule.

You will:
  • Contribute to the product vision and roadmap for Fulfillment and Operations systems, aligning with the overall portfolio and business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Operations, Engineering, and other product teams to define and prioritize product features
  • Drive product initiatives that prioritize the optimization and evolution of our underlying systems and platform infrastructure, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and enabling future growth
  • Gather and analyze requirements from internal teams and customers, translating them into clear product specifications
  • Write detailed product requirements and user stories, prioritize features and bugs, and build consensus among stakeholders
  • Manage project execution, track progress, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze product metrics related to operations and fulfillment, identifying areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement scalable processes for monitoring customer feedback and identifying opportunities to reduce contact rates and operational errors
  • Contribute to the implementation of service-oriented capabilities within the fulfillment and operations platform
  • Advocate for customer-centric thinking and prioritization within the product development process

  • You have:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a fulfillment or operations-related area
  • Proven ability to gather and analyze requirements, write product specifications, and manage project execution
  • Lead a product area while undergoing a replatform to a services architecture
  • Strong understanding of product metrics and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The compensation range for the role applies to employment offers from Minted. Our employment offers fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range to allow for continued salary growth during your employment at Minted. The upper half of the range accommodates this growth and supports our intention to create an environment that encourages lasting relationships between Minted and our employees.

    Geo Base Full Salary Range 2 - Includes CO, IL, MA, MD, NJ, OR, RI, TX, VT, VA, WA - $114,241 - $149,941
    Geo Base Full Salary Range 3 - Includes AL, AK, AZ, AR, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, NH, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, WI - $104,833 - $137,593

    Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, associated job responsibilities, and/or other business or organizational needs.

    This role is eligible for stock options.
