Job description

Superlanet is currently looking for an Epic MyChart Analyst to support a healthcare organization in California. This will be a direct-hire opportunity that will remain remote. This role would be the Primary MyChart analyst on the Ambulatory team at this time. This position would be managing the MyChart ticket queue, taking care of break fix, maintenance tickets, represent MyChart in New Provider Onboarding and Offboarding. Facilitate MyChart build for new Department openings. Work closely with the Epic TS and optimize our MyChart application to Epic’s Gold Star standards. Participate in planning of MyChart communication structure and plans. Facilitate Testing processes surrounding MyChart and SMS configurations.
