Specialist Claims (f/m/d)

Your tasks in our team:

Finding solutions together: you are the first point of contact for technical warranty cases - both by phone and in writing
Analytical and precise: with your technical knowledge, you verify the reliability of the damage data submitted and independently assess the warranty claim
Coordinating the process: You coordinate the work with our external partners, such as expert assessors, and ensure that everything runs smoothly
Cost tracking: With your eye for detail, you monitor compliance with the contractual terms and ensure transparency in cost control
Expert communication: Whether it's with garages, manufacturers, expert assessors or warranty recipients - you keep all stakeholders informed and are a reliable contact for them

Passion for technology: you have a technical degree in the automotive industry, e.g. mechatronics or automotive engineering, and are ready to use your expertise for the benefit of our customers
Service is in your blood: you have professional experience in a customer-oriented environment - e.g. as a service consultant - you know how to convince customers and provide excellent service
Autonomy and quality: you work in a structured, independent way and strive for high quality
Communication and negotiation skills: you like to communicate with people, you are able to defend your positions when necessary and always find the right tone in your communication
Language skills: you are fluent in written and spoken English or German, which you will use on a daily basis when communicating with colleagues and partners
