Job description

This is a remote position.

Are you a motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for sales? We are looking for a B2B Appointment Setters to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll be making outbound cold calls to local businesses, identifying key decision-makers, and setting appointments for our sales team to secure exciting group events. If you're ready to take on a fast-paced, rewarding challenge and help us grow, we want to hear from you!


Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern with 1-hour unpaid break
  • Generate leads for group events 
  • Work directly with the client’s team following their processes and standards
  • Performance measured through appointment setting metrics

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound cold calls to local businesses from provided lists
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers responsible for booking group events
  • Set qualified appointments for Adventure Park USA’s sales team
  • Perform live transfers of qualified prospects to sales representatives
  • Follow established processes and meet performance standards
  • Work full-time (40 hours per week) within the client’s time zone


Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B appointment setting and cold calling or sales
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to identify decision-makers within organizations
  • Comfortable working with call scripts and handling objections
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours weekly)
