In this role, you’ll be making outbound cold calls to local businesses, identifying key decision-makers, and setting appointments for our sales team to secure exciting group events. Job Highlights:
Contract type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern with 1-hour unpaid break
Generate leads for group events
Work directly with the client’s team following their processes and standards
Performance measured through appointment setting metrics
Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to local businesses from provided lists
Identify and connect with decision-makers responsible for booking group events
Set qualified appointments for Adventure Park USA’s sales team
Perform live transfers of qualified prospects to sales representatives
Follow established processes and meet performance standards
Work full-time (40 hours per week) within the client’s time zone
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in B2B appointment setting and cold calling or sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to identify decision-makers within organizations
Comfortable working with call scripts and handling objections
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Availability to work full-time (40 hours weekly)
