Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated individual for the position of Treasury Manager. This role will play a critical role in leading cash flow forecasting process to develop best in class forecast models supporting the Global SMPA operations. The role will have great exposure and support to other Treasury Operations including bank account management, liquidity analysis, and the corporate insurance program. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external banking partners to ensure efficient and compliant Treasury Operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting process to optimize liquidity and provide cash flow metrics to operating teams.
  • Prepare regular Treasury reports for senior management, outlining key financial insights and recommendations. 
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support decision-making. 
  • Manage and utilize Kyriba Treasury System to enhance reporting tools for improved automation, data accuracy and cash positioning/forecasting.
  • Support corporate insurance program, managing policy renewals and tracking reporting of costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Accounting and Finance, to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision-making.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6 – 8 years (w/o Master’s) or 4 – 6 years (with Master’s) of professional experience in Corporate Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba preferred) and / or financial reporting / planning software(s).
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is a plus.

The base salary range for this role is $119,400 to $149,300.  Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state.  Our robust time-off policy includes unlimited paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter.  Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.
