MSI is seeking an experienced and data-driven Sr Digital Product Manager to lead the development, strategy, and execution of data-focused initiatives. In this role, you will be the bridge between business objectives and technical teams, ensuring data capabilities deliver tangible value. You will define the data product roadmap, work closely with cross-functional teams, and leverage insights to enhance decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the data product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into product requirements. Partner with engineering, analytics, and data science teams to deliver scalable and robust data solutions. Prioritize data product backlog, balancing long-term strategies and short-term wins. Drive the adoption of data products across the organization, championing a data-driven culture. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on data trends, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into product strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager or in a similar role with a focus on data products
  • Proficiency in data technologies, including data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud platforms. Experience with data engineering, ELT/ETL processes, and programming languages like SQL.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with detailed execution

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with cloud-based data technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices
  • Background in data science or business intelligence is a plus
