JOB POSITION: Proposal Manager Senior Associate
JOB LOCATION: Work from home/Kochi - US time-zone
Key Responsibilities
The Proposal Manager Senior Associate will provide Integrated, Coordinated and Consistent Leadership on every pursuit:
· Support Senior Pm’s on strategic and key sales opportunities.
· Lead project management across assigned duties aligned by the lead Proposal Manager
· Maintain company brand guidelines and best practices.
· Develop Solution Knowledge via training packs and solution champions within the team.
Project Management
· Support the Lead PM with the end-to-end ownership and command of the proposal process, including implementation strategies and best practices.
· Support the Lead PM to manage the full life cycle of the proposal response process from analysis of RFPs to final production and submission of proposals.
· Meet proposal deadlines set by the Lead Proposal Manager
· Support the Lead PM in managing multiple proposal tasks with sometimes rapid turnaround deadlines.
· Format documents throughout the sales process and suggest any non-standard questions/requirements.
· Final production: Proofread, proposal production set up and assist with online uploads, deliverables can include email-ready files, hard copies, flash drives, or upload to online portals and print shop websites.
Proposal Development
· Review proposal team member submittals for content and accuracy to ensure compliance to RFP requirements and will work with team members as necessary.
· Support the Lead Proposal Manager in directing the proposal process by outlining/structuring proposal strategy and direction from proposal receipt to submission.
· Ensure quality proposal response delivery (accurate, complete, compliant, on-time, fully meeting customer and proposal requirements)
· Ensure timely submission of new or refreshed content into RFP Database, Loopio ( Close the Loop process)
Continuous Improvement
· RFP Automation - Loopio – to communicate and train our stakeholders in using, participating and updating content throughout the life cycle of the opportunity using the Kick off meeting of every opportunity as a platform for change and future improvements
· Pro-active use of Loopio, end to end in every opportunity
· Ensure timely submission of new or refreshed content into RFP Database, Loopio
· Attend all Strada global masterclasses to gain knowledge and refresh on Strada services and solutions. Pro-actively highlighting where improvements could be made and suggesting learning opportunities for the team to build on their experience.
· Be an active member of the team to look for opportunities where we can improve our process’s
Knowledge, Skills & Technical Proficiencies
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Graduate with 5 plus years experience
· Develop Solution Knowledge and seek opportunities with SMEs to learn and improve
· Develop personalized proposal responses in response to the client requirement and Strada
· Develop a network of ‘Go to SME’s’ to pursue a top-quality response
· Develop relationships with external consultants to improve the process and the way we work in the future with them.
· Strong technical competency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with CRM systems (particularly SFDC, Loopio)
· Creativity and sound judgment in decision making—should have adaptive skills and a flexible mindset
· Capable of mastering and reacting to the pace of the business, quick thinker and implementer with a high sense of urgency
· Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and projects to on-time delivery
· Two + Years’ experience in working within Sales Operations, project Support and Proposal support
· Knowledge of Sales or Proposal Management routines.
