Employment Law Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced employment law paralegal with 3+ years of experience working at a US employment law firm. You will be joining a successful employment law firm on a part-time basis (25 hours/week) during US business hours (night shift). To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English;
• Experience writing legal documents including demand letters and complaints;
• Strong understanding of causes of action to identify violations;
• Experience in drafting, revising, and reviewing complaints;
• Skilled in drafting supplemental documents and sending second notices;
• Proven experience in client communication;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel;
• Experience with Merus Case is optional;
• Excellent professional-level copywriting skills in English;
• Experience working with a US-based law firm;
• Willingness to work 25 hours/week remotely;
• Ability to start immediately;
• Quiet home office with reliable internet and power backup.

You will be permanently assigned to one client and will work exclusively with them. This is a long-term, permanent role.
