Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Remote – LATAM

Project Overview

You will join a high-impact team that supports the SCSS organization within the scope of the Skytree Initiative—a strategic reimplementation of Salesforce CRM designed to shift from a B2C to a B2B model. This transformation aims to fully leverage Salesforce’s native capabilities and streamline business operations through intelligent automation.

Key Project Phases:

  • Phase 1: Ensure a seamless migration of the Sales Operations team from legacy systems into the new Salesforce instance, achieving 100% migration and meeting all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Phase 2 (June 2024 – March 2025): Lead the migration of SBS users and business units into the newly implemented Salesforce org.

  • Ongoing Support: Perform continuous analysis and maintenance of the Gong platform to ensure optimal usage and integration with Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of Gong.io, providing actionable insights and proposing enhancements based on usage patterns and sentiment analysis.

  • Use SQL to query and join data across multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness for reporting and analytics.

  • Conduct data research and deliver data-driven recommendations contributing to operational efficiency and improved user experiences.

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment between business needs and deliverables across all project stages.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in large-scale CRM reimplementation, preferably involving a B2C to B2B transition.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture, workflows, and automation capabilities.

  • Working knowledge of Gong.io; Frontline Manager Certification is a plus.

  • Expertise in data analysis, KPI tracking, and dashboard/report creation.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data slicing techniques.

  • Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Sentiment Analysis, and Prompt Engineering concepts.

  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to build complex queries and join data from multiple tables.

  • Experience working in large matrix organizations, managing multiple tools and stakeholders.

  • Excellent analytical mindset, attention to detail, and communication skills across technical and business audiences.

  • Experience working within Agile methodologies, with strong command of User Story creation and JIRA tracking.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder).

  • Gong.io Frontline Manager Certification.

  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization platforms.
