Key Responsibilities:
• Define the strategic roadmap for Adobe Real-Time CDP implementations, aligning with business
objectives.
• Lead end-to-end data architecture, identity resolution, and governance planning for Adobe AEP.
• Provide high-level solution design and guide the junior consultant on execution.
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to define audience segmentation strategies and
personalized marketing use cases.
• Oversee integration planning with CRM, analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
• Set up and manage privacy and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Present strategic recommendations and insights to business leaders and clients.
• Mentor the junior consultant to develop expertise in Adobe CDP execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 8-10 years of experience in MarTech, CDPs, and Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, identity resolution, and activation strategies.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to define customer journeys and personalization strategies.
• Adobe certifications (such as Adobe CDP Architect) are a plus.
