Position Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Become a part of an Agile development team that defines, builds and maintains new features for the platform
• Experiment with new cloud technologies to solve challenging eDiscovery issues
• Dissect large volumes of data to identify opportunities for performance improvement
• Collaborate with our UI/UX team on the next generation of the platform

• Design, develop, and maintain complex, scalable frontend applications using React, Redux, and TypeScript
• Lead efforts in refactoring codebases, improving project standards, and adopting best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs and ensure high-quality user experiences
• Mentor other developers and contribute to architectural decisions for the frontend team
• Drive unit and integration testing initiatives to ensure robust, reliable code
• Stay on top of the latest trends in software development, sharing insights with other team members on a regular basis
• Mentor other engineers on the team by sharing lessons learned and being readily available to assist
   

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with React, including 5+ years with Redux.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with unit and integration testing using Jest and React Testing Library, ideally with a Test-Driven Development (TDD) approach.
• Demonstrated ability to refactor code and update technical standards with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Working knowledge of Material UI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright.
• Familiarity with micro-frontends architecture and its implementation.
• Full-stack development experience (e.g., Node.js, Django, FastAPI, Spring, or similar).
• Ability to translate Figma designs into responsive UI components
