  • Act as the “CEO” of your product domain, taking full ownership of product vision, strategy, and execution.
  • Define product requirements and specifications focused on what the product needs to accomplish to meet user and business needs.
  • Make informed decisions on product features, prioritization, and release schedules, based on impact, feasibility, and strategic value.
  • Lead cross-functional teams—including engineering, UX/UI, and business stakeholders—through product development cycles.
  • Collaborate with UX and engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and user-centered product delivery.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and guide product evolution.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across departments through transparent, proactive communication.
  • Communicate regularly with the Head of Product, development teams, and stakeholders regarding product progress, risks, and changes.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics to inform continuous improvement and future product planning.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of successful product delivery.
  • Deep understanding of both business strategy and technical execution, with the ability to effectively bridge the two.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives end-to-end, from product discovery to delivery and iteration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; data-driven decision maker.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • Competitive salary (up to Php 170K), commensurate with experience
  • Performance-based bonus
  • 13th-month pay
