About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong understanding of internal workflows and tooling to empower our Clinical Success Managers and Product Support Specialists. In this role, you will be a strategic partner, developing and optimizing the tools and processes that enable our team to effectively support our clients. You will focus on enhancing our care planning, workforce optimization, and resident safety solutions, ensuring our internal teams have the resources they need to drive client success. You will play a crucial role in improving our internal operational efficiency and client satisfaction. This role will collaborate closely with data analytics, product design, engineering, and other stakeholders, and will report to the Head of Product.

What you’ll do: 

  • Clinical Success Partner: Deeply understand the workflows and tooling needs of our Clinical Success Managers and Product Support Specialists, translating these insights into actionable product strategies for internal tools and processes.
  • Tooling Development & Management: Lead the development and management of internal tools that support care planning, workforce optimization, and resident safety solutions.
  • Internal Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to internal workflows, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Partner with data analytics to develop and deliver insightful reports and dashboards that empower our teams to better serve clients.
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define and execute your product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on staff user needs, business goals, and market dynamics.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure the impact of product initiatives on staff efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with data analytics, product design, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration)
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of developing and managing internal tools and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of internal operations and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools and methodologies to drive product decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.  

Bonus Points

  • Experience working at a start-up, and/or in health tech.
  • Experience working with AI powered products is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM or other customer success platforms.
Details
  • The annual salary/OTE for this role is $180,000 - $205,000 + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision) 
  • Flexible PTO
  • Location: Remote, US. NYC preferred.
