With a specialized focus on fast food (QSR), non-traditional, c-store, fast casual, GPO, and healthcare segments, they're redefining fresh produce sourcing. Produce Alliance manages partnerships with over 150 independently owned specialty distributors, and collaborate with over 100 premium grower shippers. This position is remotely based with anticipated travel of 25% for customer conferences, business reviews, and bi-annual customer meetings. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
The Executive Customer Account Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships while driving strategic growth initiatives. This role requires exceptional communication, organizational skills, and the ability to proactively deliver solutions that enhance the client experience. The individual will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on key initiatives, procurement processes, and client satisfaction.
