The Role

In the role of QA Automation Tester, you will be part of a high-powered team ensuring seamless customer experiences utilizing our SaaS solution suite. This position has a strong focus on front-of-process analysis followed by highly effective testing utilizing the most efficient combinations of AI and automation tools for customer projects.

What you will do
  • Understand the business process to efficiently analyze, create and execute testing plans to meet project requirements.
  • Work closely with the customer Implementation team on customer projects, to ensure quality is maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Use assisted automated testing tools - primarily Playwright - to achieve the most efficient process and most effective results. Develop Salesforce Apex test design and test cases using AI. Perform manual testing when necessary specially to ensure the styling and design. standards are met.
  • Track discovered incidents meticulously performing detailed regression testing to maintain system integrity.
  • Provide essential troubleshooting assistance during post-release and post-implementation stages.
  • Utilize the latest advancements in AI, Automated Testing, and Salesforce in adopting new tools that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency, ensuring best practices in QA testing.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills combined with ability to document & collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively using professional-level English.
  • Capabilities leveraging AI toward increased efficiency and effectiveness within QA.
  • 3-5 years of experience specifically with Salesforce.com projects
  • 3-5 years of experience working on customer projects
  • 2-4 years experience with Automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, WebdriverIO etc.
  • Proficient in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
  • Experienced in both white box and black box testing techniques.
  • Familiarity with performance and/or security testing is advantageous.
  • Well-versed in regression testing and capable of documenting and troubleshooting errors effectively.
  • Knowledge of test incident management software such as Jira, qTest, Zephyr.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Apex preferred.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with a high attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Additional experience with SQL and Data Reporting Tools is beneficial.
