In this role, you will support Czech-speaking clients by providing technical assistance related to logistics telematics solutions, helping them optimize their operations and resolve any issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Czech-speaking customers by providing technical support for logistics telematics systems through phone (20%) and email (80%).
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot various technical issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Document customer inquiries and interactions in the support system to ensure continuity of service.
  • Communicate solutions clearly, guiding customers through necessary steps to resolve issues.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer service processes and performance.
  • Educate customers on product features and best practices to maximize their use of the telematics systems.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - Work from home only within Greece
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and embrace a collaborative approach.
  • No prior experience required, making this ideal for recent graduates or those new to the industry.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends if necessary.
