What We're Looking For

Our client, a SaaS company supporting DTC brands in enhancing their websites through advanced pop-up tools, is looking for a Front-End Support Specialist. This person will play a key role in providing technical assistance, handling customization requests, and ensuring clients get the most out of the platform by resolving issues promptly and maintaining a smooth user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries through live chat and email, focusing on technical support related to Shopify and app integrations.
  • Help clients with theme adjustments and front-end development tasks to improve their overall experience.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, while contributing to the internal knowledge base with clear documentation.
  • Work closely with the development team to escalate more complex problems and share feedback for ongoing product enhancement.
  • Handle 30–50 support tickets weekly, ensuring a smooth balance between solving technical problems and maintaining clear, helpful communication with customers.

Requirements

  • Deep familiarity with Shopify, including working with various apps, themes, and customizations.
  • Solid front-end development skills, particularly in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Bonus if experienced with React.
  • Skilled at breaking down technical concepts for users without a technical background.
  • Exceptional written communication skills in English, ideal for delivering clear and professional support via chat and email.

Important information about this position

For this position, the expected commitment is +50 hours per week, with some working hours on Saturdays. The exact schedule is still to be determined by the client. Competitive salary offered.
