Job Title: Project Manager 

Location: Fully Remote

Job Summary and key responsibilities 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects – ranging across the whole group, to individual departments and functions within the business  
  • Support the acquisition integration process starting with due diligence process all the way through to a full business integration  
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring appropriate pre-meeting preparation (agenda/updated notes), conducting meetings with recorded notes and succinct post meeting follow-up on notes and action updates  
  • Prepare detailed project documentation including; project plans, RAID logs and other documents, cost tracking  
  • Take responsibility for end to end project delivery, acting as a point of escalation if there are concerns around timeframe, budget or effort  
  • Work closely with a variety of internal departments as well as third parties  
  • Provide detailed reporting for projects sponsors  
  • Build strong relationship across group with different department heads and key individuals
