Job description

Genesis10 is seeking a Facets Configuration for a contract with our client in Minnetonka, MN. 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement benefit structures within the Facets system to meet client requirements.
Analyze and interpret benefit plans to ensure accurate configuration and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to benefits.

SQL Skills:

Develop and optimize SQL queries for data manipulation, extraction, and reporting12.
Perform advanced analysis and troubleshooting of SQL-related issues within the Facets system1.
Maintain and update SQL databases to ensure data integrity and system performance2.

Configuration Management:

Conduct requirements discovery sessions and lead design sessions to determine the best configuration of Facets applications43.
Provide advanced analysis, problem-solving, and interpretation of application configurations4.
Document and implement configuration changes to improve system functionality and efficiency5.

Collaboration and Communication:

Liaise effectively with business and technical groups to transfer Facets application knowledge to customer staff3.
Train and mentor junior team members on Facets functionalities and best practices4.
Provide regular updates and reports on project status to management4.

Testing and Validation:

Conduct thorough testing and validation of Facets configurations to ensure system reliability4.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Facets modules to provide timely resolutions5.

Compliance and Improvement:

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Facets-related activities4.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance system performance4.
These responsibilities ensure the resource can effectively manage and optimize the Facets system, leveraging their benefit experience and SQL skills to deliver high-quality configurations and support.

Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $70- $78
