Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior New Business Sales Executive to drive net-new business by selling the eMoney platform to enterprise clients across the United States. This is a pure "hunter" role focused on acquiring new logos, managing the full sales cycle, and becoming a trusted advisor to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Net-New Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets and drive net-new business within enterprise accounts.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, develop strategies, and position the eMoney platform to meet client needs.
- Client Engagement: Engage with senior executives (SVP, EVP, C-Suite) to communicate the platform’s value and build strong relationships.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline, ensuring it is 3x the value of your assigned quota.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and craft tailored solutions across multiple eMoney products.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Industry Involvement: Actively participate in Financial Services and FinTech events to establish thought leadership.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts in the CRM and provide timely updates.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in FinTech or Financial Services.
- Proven Success: Strong track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Skills: Expertise in lead generation, sales strategy, and negotiation; experience with MEDDIC is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Self-starter with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

The salary range for this position is $128,000 - $175,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the eMoney commission program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
