Responsibilities
-Responsible for identifying, qualifying, orchestrating, and closing new business within new and existing accounts with a focus on achieving revenue goals consistently on a quarterly and annual basis
-Develop a detailed understanding of organizational structure, competitive landscape, and technology heat map within the entire account list
-Develop and execute field sales campaigns to create demand while working closely with Lead Generation and Sales Engineering resources to build and manage a robust pipeline of new business
-Articulate the BlueCat value proposition to senior IT leaders, effectively identifying and quantifying customer pains, highlighting ROI and business value through a consultative sales approach
-Work within a team environment while managing internal and external resources to execute account and deal with strategy while maximizing sales efforts and success rate.
Qualifications
-Experience selling DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) at an enterprise level as a solution
-Experience speaking with C-Level contacts in Networking industry regarding networking automation, DNS security, and hybrid cloud environments
-Enterprise sales experience including completing transactions with Fortune 1000 Companies
-Experience with successful, strategic account selling and income attainment
-Experience effectively building a quality pipeline, executing an account plan and strategy
-Experience working collaboratively in a results-driven, team-orientated sales organization
-Force Management experience
-Forecasting and Deal discovery experience
-Experience doing network architecture reviews
-Experience with account mapping and future state buildouts.
-Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or a related field
-At least 1 year of experience as an Enterprise Sales Executive in DDI or a related occupation.
-In the alternative, no degree and at least three years of experience in the above-mentioned occupation.
Option to work from home may be available. Travel is required 40% of the time in the LATAM region, Mexico, Texas, and Miami
