Are you a driven, self-motivated sales professional with a passion for healthcare and a strong desire to earn uncapped income? We’re looking for Independent 1099 Territory Managers to join our rapidly growing medical sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building relationships and driving sales of high-quality medical equipment and products to hospitals, health systems, physicians’ offices, surgical centers, and specialty clinics within your assigned territory.

As a Territory Manager, you are not just a salesperson—you’re a trusted consultant and product expert. You'll work independently to identify opportunities, educate medical staff on product value, and close deals. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced medical reps or ambitious sales professionals ready to step into a rewarding, flexible 1099 role with high-income potential.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Cold call and visit prospects on location
  • Set appointments with hospital staff and administrators
  • Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory
  • Build relationships with hospital staff
  • Educate medical staff on the benefits of medical devices
  • Provide product demonstrations and support
  • Place replenishment orders at existing accounts
  • Maximize profits by upselling and cross selling additional products
  • Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience
  • Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience (medical sales strongly preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of accountability and time management
  • Ability to work independently in a commission-only environment
  • Comfortable with cold calling, traveling within the territory, and working remotely
  • Existing provider relationships in your area are a plus
  • Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone or tablet
