As a CNA with NurseCore, you will provide essential care to a patient in his home, ensuring his comfort and safety while supporting his overall well-being. Assist with personal care needs, and collaborate with nurses to ensure the best outcomes.
South West - Rhodes Ranch 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday - Thursday 12-hour shifts Overtime offered after 40 hours/week

What you'll do:
Evaluates the safety of the delivery of care in the home environment in adherence to all applicable laws, regulations and policies
Provides care in compliance with the assigned care plan and RN delegation
Provides personal care, runs errands, helps with meals, supports mobility, performs light housekeeping, and delivers companion services
Practices safety and universal precautions, infection control and uses appropriate protective equipment to protect patients and self
Attends and completes all assigned in-services and trainings
Performs other duties as assigned
What it takes:
Available to work 12 hour shifts 7am - 7pm, Mon - Thu.
Drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
High school diploma or equivalent
Current CNA licensure (from accredited school/institution) in the State of Nevada
Current CPR in compliance with the American Heart Association standards
1+ years of hands-on work experience
Negative TB/PPD, or Quantiferon, or Chest X-ray (within the last 12 mos)
Successful completion of background check.
