Sales & Operations Associate

THE ROLE

Here at ResumeWriter.sg, we are looking for an experienced Sales and Operations Associate to join our rapidly growing, dynamic team. This role is part of the Business & Sales Operations (BSO) group, which manages sales and order processing for our APAC business unit. 

This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completing client sales phone calls 
• Coordination between internal service delivery teams
• Answering client queries on our paid packages and processes via calls and email
• Assigning CV writing cases to suitable writers based on specialization
• Monitoring client-writer interaction to ensure the case proceeds successfully 

THE MUST-HAVES

• Knowledge of CRM systems, data analysis, and forecasting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Experience with customer service or sales
