ABOUT THE JOB

The Tepa Companies are seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst to support the Information Technology Department and works in conjunction with finance to support IT assets and vendor related efforts. As a IT Asset Management Analyst, you will support a number of tasks such as reporting, analysis, planning, and IT asset management related administrative tasks.

Job Functions:

  • Collaborates with the IT team and corporate stakeholders to complete asset management responsibilities, including:
    • Asset tracking tasks, shipments, compliance status, and disposal.
    • License assignments, platform subscription and support renewals, and technology refreshes.
    • Assist with end-user inquiries, cellular device activations and service changes, equipment return and reuse evaluation, and other user-facing tasks.
    • Manage existing functionality for Hardware Asset Management in the ITSM tool and identify improvement steps to increase maturity level.
  • Support IT team initiatives including creating documentation, supporting key platforms, and other tasks as assigned.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years asset procurement or accounting experience
  • Prior experience with ITSM tools
  • General knowledge of procurement, inventory auditing, or invoice reconciliation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively on a high-functioning team 
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
