Job Description:
As an Appointment Setter / Outreach Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our client acquisition efforts, playing a pivotal role in the company’s growth strategy. Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential seminar attendees within specified geographic areas
Explain the value and purpose of timeshare exit seminars to prospects
Qualify leads by confirming timeshare ownership and maintenance fee status
Book appointments for couples to attend group seminars
Achieve and maintain a high show rate for booked appointments
Overcome objections and address hesitations from potential attendees
Work with a dialer system to manage call volume efficiently
Adapt to changing seminar locations and time zones
Follow all legal guidelines regarding calling times and practices
Requirements
Excellent communication skills with a strong phone presence
Experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or related outbound sales roles is a must
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport quickly
Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Google Chrome
