Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Work 40 hours/week with a 9 AM to 6 PM Salt Lake, UT time schedule
  • Manage many aspects of the company’s digital presence
  • Drive marketing efforts through email campaigns and social media engagement
  • Ensure smooth operation of all digital platforms and tools used by the business

Responsibilities
  • Manage and update the company website using Elementor and WordPress
  • Create & implement a News Blog for our Wordpress sites
  • Creating and maintaining advertising campaigns on Meta and Google
  • Creating and testing of backend processes
  • Staying up to date on the local medical cannabis industry
  • Handling backend operations on the CRM system
  • Develop & implement email marketing strategies
  • Maintain & update various business platforms as needed
  • Manage basic social media presence
  • Initiate process improvements and recommend innovative ideas

Requirements
  • Proficiency in WordPress & familiarity with website builders like Elementor
  • Enjoys problem solving
  • Basic understanding of HTML structure and if/else rules
  • Experience with
    • Integration software (i.e., Zapier or Make)
    • Email marketing and CRM systems
    • Facebook Ads
    • Google Ads
    • Google Search Console
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Google Analytics
    • Design tools like Canva
    • SEO Tools like RankMath or Yoast
    • Content Writing
    • Chat GPT
  • Well-versed in maintaining a social media presence
  • Familiarity with video editing is a plus
  • Proactive mindset with a strong ability to problem solve
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic understanding of social media management
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy regulations in the healthcare sector
