Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Financial Service Specialist to join their dynamic collections team. They operate at the forefront of enterprise software solutions for ERP, supply chain, and retail management. With decades of experience and a strong global presence, they have helped thousands of businesses streamline operations and improve productivity. In recent years, they’ve expanded their product suite and received recognition for innovation and customer satisfaction.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in B2B collections within the U.S. market, fluent in English, and seeking a 100% remote, full-time position with the chance to be part of a high-performing and well-structured team


Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts receivable across assigned territories.

  • Contact clients to secure payment commitments and investigate non-payment causes.

  • Escalate unresolved accounts and collaborate with internal stakeholders to find solutions.

  • Facilitate communication between customers, field sales, and service teams to resolve disputes.

  • Initiate and follow through with credit memos as needed.

  • Proactively manage past-due balances prior to release of orders.

  • Obtain purchase orders from customers when applicable.

  • Perform detailed AR/collections reporting and analysis.

  • Manage electronic invoicing submissions for assigned accounts.

  • Reconcile accounts, including providing backup documentation and initiating refund or tie-off processes.

  • Document all collection activities and client interactions in internal systems.



Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in AR/collections.

  • Demonstrated experience in U.S. B2B collections.

  • Fluent English – both spoken and written (advanced level).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Comfortable meeting performance targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:
  • High school diplima required. Bachelors degree is highly preferred. 

  • Experience using AR/ERP platforms is a plus.

  • Prior work in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

  • Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
