We are looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our new dating and social interaction product, designed for the Japanese market. Our goal is to tackle the challenges of loneliness, isolation, and disconnection using digital innovation and AI. We are building a dynamic team passionate about quality and continuous improvement.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Plan and estimate testing activities, write test cases, and create and maintain test documentation

  • Test and stabilize patches within an agile environment where updates are released several times a week

  • Continuously develop and optimize the testing process by improving technologies and standardizing repetitive operations

  • Actively contribute to process improvements to ensure high quality and efficient delivery

We expect from you:

  • 3+ years of experience in QA, with a strong cross-functional background in web, mobile, and API testing

  • Understanding of agile software development principles and the goals of Continuous Delivery

  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed team across different cities and countries

  • Strong skills in writing test cases, checklists, test plans, and defect reporting and prioritization

  • Solid knowledge of Client-Server architecture

  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, MS SQL Server, Fiddler/Charles, and browser DevTools

  • Active, creative, detail-oriented, result-driven personality, with a passion for learning new technologies and openness to feedback
