The Catalyst Team is seeking to hire Service Now Developers to join our full-time team as full-time employees.

Responsibilities: 

• Application Development: Design and develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform utilizing both low-code (e.g., Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio) and pro-code (e.g., JavaScript, Angular) techniques.

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business analysts and global stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications.

• Configuration: Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, CSM, ITSM, and ITOM to align with business needs.

• Workflow Management: Develop and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and other critical platform components.

• Standards Development: Create detailed architecture, design, and coding standards for development teams to follow and lead code walkthroughs.

• Integration: Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and various integration tools.

• Automation: Automate business processes and tasks using ServiceNow's Flow Designer and other automation capabilities.

• Data Management: Manage data access and integration between scoped applications and global database tables within the ServiceNow platform.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience.

• Proven experience in developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents based on business requirements.

• Strong knowledge of scripting and programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS, and REST integrations.

• Proficient in English communication (oral and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leading solution design across case management, knowledge management, portals, document management, and reporting.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is preferred.
