Job Description:
The recruiter attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms and other sourcing methods. Develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications. Contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews. Extends offers and negotiates compensation. Initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively. This is a work-from-home position once training is complete. Flexibility to attend various carreer events during the day and occassionally during evenings is required.
Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
A minimum of two years of experrience in recruiting/Human Resources in a corporate or staffing agency setting required.
Healthcare experience highly desired.
Experience with applicant tracking/HRIS stystems required.
Demonstrated high attention to detail with strong MS Office experience required.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume workload required.
