Completed degree in business administration or comparable commercial training, ideally with a focus on accounting., 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, preferably from a major auditing firm or a manufacturing company., Knowledge of HGB and some experience with IFRS is a plus., Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and/or Google Suite, with experience in ERP systems and accounting software..

Key responsabilities:

Responsible for the entire accounting of three companies, focusing on the general ledger and annual financial statements according to HGB.

Act as the central contact person for inventory matters and support in areas of stock and fixed assets.

Drive the optimization of various accounting processes and contribute own ideas.

Collaborate with accounting colleagues on projects and appreciate working with cross-functional teams.

Als Teil unseres Finance-Teams gestaltest du aktiv den finanziellen Erfolg von air up mit und trägst dazu bei, unser Wachstum weltweit voranzutreiben. Mit Deinem Blick fürs Detail und Deinem Gespür für Zahlen sorgst Du dafür, dass wir jederzeit die richtigen Entscheidungen treffen können – fundiert, datenbasiert und zukunftsorientiert.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten

Gemeinsam mit dem Team verantwortest Du die gesamte Buchhaltung unserer drei Gesellschaften – mit Schwerpunkt auf das Hauptbuch sowie Nebenbücher und den Jahresabschluss nach HGB.
Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für das Thema Warenbestand und unterstützt auch in weiteren Bereichen des Vorrats- sowie des Anlagevermögens.
Mit Deinem ausgeprägten Stakeholder-Management baust Du die Brücke zwischen Fachbereichen wie Logistik, dem ERP-Team und der Finanzabteilung.
Du treibst die Optimierung verschiedener Accounting-Prozesse aktiv voran und bringst eigene Ideen.
Du arbeitest gerne mit Deinen Accounting Kollegin in Projekten und schätzt die Zusammenarbeit mit cross-functional Teams.

Du hast

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen.
Du bringst 2–4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Accounting mit – im Idealfall aus einer der großen Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften oder aus einem produzierenden Unternehmen.
Eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter ist ein Plus.
Begeisterung dafür, Accounting-Prozesse in einem dynamisch wachsenden Umfeld aktiv mitzugestalten
Du hast fundierte HGB-Kenntnisse und erste Erfahrungen mit IFRS sind ein Plus.
Du beherrschst MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und/oder die Google Suite souverän.
Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und Buchhaltungssoftware (vorzugsweise Microsoft Business Central) bringst Du bestenfalls bereits mit.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
