Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years in recruitment, with experience hiring for healthcare roles such as group homes, outpatient clinics, or similar settings.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations, licensing, and compliance requirements for hiring.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to addressing recruitment challenges and adapting strategies based on changing needs.

Core responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various healthcare roles, such as group home staff, administrative positions, and clinic personnel.
  • Strategic Talent Sourcing: Utilize online platforms, social media, networking events, and job boards to attract qualified candidates, with a focus on healthcare industry experience.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct detailed evaluations, including resume reviews, competency-based interviews, and skills testing to ensure alignment with the organization's values and needs.
  • Compliance Oversight: Verify credentials, perform background checks, and ensure all candidates meet regulatory and licensing requirements for healthcare roles.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pool to address the companys ongoing staffing needs due to growth and turnover.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and turnover rates, providing actionable insights to leadership.
