Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in client relations, customer service, or account management roles. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain positive client relationships. 
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address client concerns effectively. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office 
  • Suite for managing client data and interactions

Core responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support. 
  • Act as the main point of contact, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services or products that meet client expectations. 
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services, contributing to business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels through regular check-ins, surveys, or feedback sessions and recommend improvements. 
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and updates to support seamless communication and follow-up.
