About the role and why it’s unique:
  • Research industry trends, company intel, and market insights to refine sourcing strategies.
  • Build talent maps to develop a comprehensive view of the market and inform overall search strategy.
  • Proactively source, identify, and engage with passive candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for TA processes, specifically for TA research initiatives and sourcing best practices
  • Build a comprehensive database of market intelligence findings that can be used to inform and drive efficiency for future searches
  • Review sourcing and analytics tooling that can be implemented to help us achieve our strategic goals and objectives
Who you are:
  • 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, operations, or market research
  • Extremely organized with a high attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to design, standardize, and execute processes effectively


Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $180,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
