Role:
We are looking for a Country/Regional Manager to join our Growth Team and play a key role in scaling our Creative production capabilities worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity for a high performing Operations / Strategy profile who is eager to take a new challenge and grow into a leadership role.
As a country/regional manager, you will be responsible for finding local vendors and build internal squads of creative operators to scale our production.
Identify and partner with local vendors or studios who can produce engaging creatives to support our games portfolio
Build one or several squads of creative operators, tapping into the best local talent pools of the region you will cover
Create seamless workflows and processes to ensure production efficiency and highest creative impact on our products
Prioritize and drive the creative production for multiple games based on product potential and user acquisition strategy
Analyse creative performance using data-driven insights to refine and optimise strategies, and manage the performance of the external / internal teams you will manage
Profile
Past experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, start-up, etc.), if possible in performance marketing / mobile app industry
You can work in autonomy and are eager to build up a business from scratch
Understanding of performance marketing, including how creatives influence key metrics (CPI, ROAS, engagement rates).
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Fluent in English and the language of the region you will cover
