Systems administrator
Position Summary:
The System Administrator is a seasoned technical support professional who is well-organized, effectively manages their workload when faced with shifting priorities, and is able to switch between tasks seamlessly without constant supervision. The System Administrator draws on broad technical knowledge and experience to quickly diagnose and address issues while also paying close attention to detail and tailoring support or solutions to minimize impact or interruption and optimize operations. Impeccable communication skills, team collaboration and a courteous and approachable nature, are key components to the success in this role.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Plan, design, and implement technical improvements to IT infrastructure, including systems, servers, network, storage, and cloud.
· Azure Cloud management, Infrastructure Deployment/Management, Security Compliance, Configure/manage/troubleshoot the Network
· Support existing Automation Scripts and look to improve/develop more.
· Install, configure, and upgrade existing infrastructure to meet capacity, reliability, security, and efficiency objectives
· Collaborate and document systems and processes
· Support disaster recovery and business continuity
· Monitor system health and availability. Analyze and discover the root cause and provide an effective solution to remediate
· Perform system backup and recovery to support business operations and continuity
· Contribute to projects and initiatives, adhering to policies, strategy, and best practices
· Notify and update relevant technology leadership stakeholders and coordinate with other teams to expedite resolution as required.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
· 5+ years of experience working directly with general IT infrastructure technologies

Hiring Range: $71,200 - $84,500
