We’re looking for a senior-level Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead execution for our Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems team. As a key member of the team, you’ll bring execution discipline, structure, and visibility to high-impact Salesforce and GTM systems initiatives. You’ll drive Agile ceremonies, track delivery across Admin, Development, and QA resources, and maintain transparency for leadership on project status, risks, and execution health.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments, ensures alignment across technical and business stakeholders, and brings clarity to execution at every stage. Prior experience working in Salesforce-based GTM ecosystems is required.
What You’ll Do
Own GTM Systems Execution: Lead day-to-day project delivery across Salesforce Admins, Developers, BSAs, and QA, ensuring deadlines are met, blockers are resolved, and priorities stay aligned
Agile Process Leadership: Run Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros), track team velocity, and maintain clean sprint boards in Jira or equivalent tools
Execution Reporting: Provide consistent updates to leadership on project progress, risks, milestones, and resource capacity
Portfolio Visibility: Manage bi-weekly GTM Systems portfolio updates to maintain stakeholder alignment and delivery transparency
Strategic Scoping Support: Partner with Business Systems Analysts to proactively shape and scope new GTM systems initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, technical feasibility, and team capacity
Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive alignment across Admin, Dev, QA, and Business Systems teams, ensuring clear handoffs and managed dependencies
External Coordination: Manage timelines and communication for initiatives involving third-party vendors, partner-facing systems, or cross-team dependencies
Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate delivery risks, surface them early, and partner with stakeholders to remove blockers and maintain momentum
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and technical leads to define scalable delivery strategies and align execution with business goals
Process Improvement: Continuously optimize execution processes and tooling as the team scales
Quality Coordination: Align with QA consultants and engineering leads to ensure timely test planning and UAT coordination
Change Communication: Ensure upcoming releases and system changes are communicated clearly to stakeholders and impacted teams
