We are currently searching for a Cutover Lead:

Responsibilities

• Produce, manage, and ensure the execution of the Cutover plan, including:
• Developing the Cutover Approach.
• Developing the High-level Roadmap.
• Planning the event flow.
• Creating the Detailed Cutover Plan.
• Preparing Business Continuity / Rollback Plans.
• Defining Entry / Exit Gate Criteria.
• Managing SIT Cutover Rehearsals.
• Managing Functional Testing Cutover Rehearsals.
• Managing Production Cutover Rehearsals.
• Overseeing the Production Cutover.
• Coordinate Cutover communications and status updates with the Program, Key sub workstreams, Regions, and C&I.
• During production cutover, coordinate the release of new solutions and the decommissioning of applicable systems.
• Engage in the Developing Phase to create the high-level plan.
• Lead the Plan Phase to build a detailed picture of Cutover with workstreams.
• Operationalize the plan by working through cutover activities to ensure accuracy, timing, understanding, and successful execution for solution deployment.
• Monitor post go-live cutover related activities to finalize the process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading cutover activities for IT projects.
• Expertise in developing and managing comprehensive Cutover plans.
• Experience with Business Continuity and Rollback planning.
• Strong understanding of system integration and deployment processes.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across various teams and stakeholders. 

Desired 

• Experience with Cutover rehearsals in SIT, Functional Testing, and Production environments. 

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
