Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the global roll-out of Business Central in multi-site locations, with a primary focus on the US region. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting existing implementations and ensuring smooth data migration
  • Understanding and resolving issues raised by end users
  • Coordinating with the project team for relevant issues as needed
  • Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures within your scope

Candidate Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience with NAV/Business Central
  • Hands-on experience in resolving end user issues
  • Expertise in Financial Management, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory modules of Business Central
  • Extensive knowledge of integrating Dynamics Business Central with other systems

Required Skills:

  • Experience with implementing IT systems, business processes, reporting, and/or IT development preferred
  • Microsoft Certified MS Dynamics 365 would be an advantage
  • Experience within the medical device industry and/or with Retail is a plus
