Summary of Position

The Senior Cyber Security Analyst will support the Cybersecurity Remediation Management Program in a fast-paced environment at Teladoc Health. This role will collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize security findings, create reports, and provide oversight. The analyst will enhance security finding management and identify areas of risk.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze security findings from various environments, including but not limited to: network, hardware, software, applications, and cloud environments.

  • Prioritize findings that impact Teladoc's security posture.

  • Assess business processes, information system requirements, and associated risks.

  • Communicate security vulnerabilities and risks to technical teams, security leadership, and business stakeholders.

  • Quantify risk based on open security findings.

  • Produce accurate, timely remediation reports and risk metrics for senior leaders.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in vulnerability remediation and management.

  • Strong understanding of vulnerability impact on system architecture, exposure, data security, risk mitigation, and compensating controls.

  • Experience in risk management.

  • Ability to effectively communicate technical risks to engineers and strategic impacts to senior leadership.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
