Job description

About Heidi

Heidi is on a mission to transform healthcare by halving the time it takes to deliver world-class care. We envision a future where, by 2050, every clinician practices with AI systems that reduce administrative burdens, improve the quality of care, and increase accessibility for patients globally.

Built by clinicians, for clinicians, Heidi is powered by a diverse team of engineers, medical professionals, mathematicians, designers, and innovators. We are driven by a shared passion to improve healthcare delivery, and in just one year, we’ve helped power over 20 million patient consults and currently support more than 1 million consults every week.

With a recent $16.6 USD  million funding round from leading venture capital firms, we are now focused on scaling our impact globally. We are expanding rapidly in the US, Canada, UK, and Europe—and we need exceptional regional sales leaders to help us accelerate that growth.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven VP of Sales to lead our regional expansion efforts and drive growth within your assigned Southeast market. You will drive an enterprise sales  strategy, penetrate health systems and hospital groups by leveraging and building strong relationships with C-suite healthcare decision-makers. Your focus will be on selling our suite of AI-products of autonomous Heidi’s with the goal of ensuring Heidi wins across your region and collectively across the US market.

This position requires a strategic leader operating as a player coach for our hungry and highly motivated team. You must have a winning track record in software sales, ideally a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape matched with a killer instinct for executing large complex enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy, leveraging established playbooks to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Manage enterprise-level sales opportunities within the UK market, building relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare systems, hospital and clinic groups.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and accurate sales forecasting.

  • Use solution-based selling to understand client needs and tailor Heidi’s platform to solve specific challenges within healthcare organizations.

  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demos, articulating the value of our autonomous AI products.

  • Execute closely with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success—to refine product positioning, enhance customer experience, and drive market growth.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in software sales, ideally in the healthcare industry.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex enterprise sales cycles within high growth tech.

  • Ideally strong knowledge of the US healthcare ecosystem, including experience with health systems and hospital groups.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and long lasting relationships with senior stakeholders.

  • Solution-oriented approach to sales, with experience in needs assessments, business case development, and value proposition definition.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex sales processes to deliver results.

  • Highly autonomous, high ownership, self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region.

Why You’ll Join Us

  • Impact: Be part of a team that’s changing the way healthcare is delivered around the world, helping to reduce administrative burdens for clinicians and improving patient outcomes.

  • Culture: Join a diverse, high-agency team where innovation, collaboration, and autonomy are valued.

  • Growth: With Heidi’s rapid expansion, there’s immense opportunity for professional development and career progression.

  • Compensation: Highly competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential. We reward success.

  • Benefits: Generous PTO, wellness days, a £500 personal development budget, equity (shares in the company), and more.

What We Believe In

  • We tackle complex healthcare challenges head-on and deliver solutions at speed.

  • We prioritize results, teamwork, and continuous improvement in all we do.

  • We create user-friendly, innovative solutions that clinicians love to use, and patients benefit from.

At Heidi, we’re on a mission to improve patient care worldwide. If you are passionate about healthcare, technology, and the opportunity to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you.
