About the Role: We are looking to add an experienced sales executive to our team to manage relationships with health plans across the western US.  This role will require both forming new partnerships, and owning the expansion of existing and future health plan relationships.  The role will be a critical contributor to the success of RadiantGraph, and more importantly to our clients within health plans.  An ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of health plans and a passion for emerging technologies and ability to help them.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Results Ownership: Lead the charge in securing new deals and expansions with health plan partners. Bring a consultative sales and hunter approach to own results.

  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships throughout your book of accounts building trusted champions and coaches to guide your success. 

  • Consultative Sales Leader: Be a trusted advisor to your customers as they navigate the rapidly changing world of technology to help them achieve their goals.

  • Partner Collaboration: Work within the ecosystem of technical and channel partners (e.g., Databricks, marketing agencies, SFMC) to find win-wins for clients.

  • Navigate Health Plans: Skillfully work through complex health plan processes, knowing how to expedite and bypass bureaucratic hurdles to achieve objectives helping your customers achieve their goals with RadiantGraph.

  • Scale Mindset: Maintain a strategic perspective that extends beyond the initial sale, focusing on scalable solutions and long-term growth.

  • Overcome Ambiguity: Thrive in a dynamic evolving technology environment.  Engage with curiosity as AI moves through the hype cycle.  Effectively navigate long sales cycles and make decisions with incomplete information, push through uncertainty and work in evolving situations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of healthcare sales experience, with a proven track record of success in partnering with Health Plans

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and processes within health plans.

  • Experience working with technical and channel partners, understanding their roles and how to motivate them.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
