Master the latest QuickBooks Online tools and automation features to efficiently process transactions across multiple client accounts
Import and categorize transactions from various sources, ensuring accurate classification according to client-specific requirements
Perform thorough account reconciliations while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy
Generate comprehensive daily work summaries to maintain transparent communication with the team
Maintain detailed audit trails of all QuickBooks activities
Handle dozens of client accounts simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery across all accounts
Utilize modern project management and time tracking tools to maintain productivity
Proven experience working in a bookkeeping firm or CPA practice managing multiple client accounts
Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online and its latest features
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously with high attention to detail
Solid understanding of US accounting practices and procedures
Experience with modern accounting automation tools and workflows
Excellent time management and organizational skills
