Our opportunity:

We are looking for a high-impact Sr. Pricing Strategy Manager to drive the evolution of our monetization strategy. This role will play a critical part in developing, optimizing and Implementing pricing strategies and models, for broad scale monetization effort and new product introductions. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS monetization. 

This person will be responsible for defining and implementing data-driven pricing frameworks that maximize revenue growth, enhance customer adoption, and simplify the buying motion. The role requires cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, Finance, Deal desk and GTM teams to operationalize scalable pricing models.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Developing and refining pricing and packaging strategies for new product introductions

  • Leading quantitative and qualitative analysis to validate hypothesis, competitive positioning, and willingness to pay, driving data backed pricing recommendations 

  • Driving alignment across Sales, Finance, and Product teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with key stakeholders 

  • Implementing scalable pricing operations, including discounting frameworks, deal desk collaboration, and sales enablement

  • Monitoring and iterating pricing performance through financial modelling, KPI tracking, and customer insights, ensuring ongoing optimization based on market feedback

  • Leading executive-level discussions on pricing strategy, business cases, and long-term monetization roadmaps, providing data-backed recommendations for strategic pricing decisions

You will be a great fit if you have: 

  • 6 years + experience in B2B SaaS pricing and monetization, with a track record of designing and implementing successful pricing strategies at scale

  • Deep expertise in pricing analytics, financial modelling, and market research, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable pricing insights 

  • Management consulting experience (preferably in pricing strategy) or prior experience in pricing functions within high-growth SaaS companies

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams around pricing decisions

  • Experience optimizing usage-based, tiered, and value-based pricing models, with a focus on customer adoption and ARR expansion

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution, ensuring pricing strategies translate into scalable operations

  • Proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, SFDC, or BI tools, etc.

  • Analytical & Data-Driven Decision Making – A keen ability to interpret financial models, market research, and customer insights to make well-informed pricing decisions

  • Adaptability & Execution Focus – Balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, adapting to market shifts, and ensuring pricing strategies are operationalized effectively
