Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition Transformation, you will work closely with global stakeholders across IT, Digital Enablement, Procurement, and others. You will ensure our systems are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction, along with improving the end-to-end recruiting experience. This individual contributor role is global and spans early talent, hourly, professional, and executive hiring and will be critical in maintaining Medtronic's leadership in talent acquisition excellence. This will be a remote position.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Drive the continuous improvement of recruitment technology systems, such as Workday Recruiting and Paradox. Enhance the usability and functionality to ensure it meets the needs of recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
- You will be responsible for having a global perspective and experiences in recruitment technology best practices, implementations, and continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and global Talent Acquisition (TA) leaders to gather feedback on existing systems, processes, and tools
- Serve as a key point of contact between the TA team and other departments, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand the evolving needs of the business
- Manage vendor relationships for any third-party recruitment tools
- Leverage data analytics to measure and track the performance of global talent acquisition programs, identifying areas for improvement. Develop and implement methodologies to measure the return on investment (ROI), ensuring that technology improvements deliver tangible value to the organization
- Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress to senior leadership, providing insights into system usage, efficiency, and user satisfaction
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, including communication plans and training initiatives to ensure successful technology and process adoption within the recruitment team
- Lead and manage both global and local projects related to recruitment technology and process optimization, ensuring timely completion and adherence to high standards
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English
- Five years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition programs and operations
- Three years of experience working with Workday Recruiting
- Workday Recruiting certification is advantageous
- Expertise in implementing and/or supporting talent acquisition systems such as Workday Recruiting, Paradox, talent intelligence platforms or CRMs
- Experience should demonstrate a deep understanding of talent acquisition processes across hourly, early talent, professional and executive recruitment
- Excellent in Change and Project Management concepts
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and ability to use analytics to drive improvements
- Knowledge of global recruitment best practices and legal or compliance considerations
