What does your role hold?
As a Sourcer, your role involves working closely with clients like Reddit, Unstoppable domains, Esper Bionics, and NewHomesMate. Your primary responsibility will be collaborating with your Talent Partner and understanding the client’s needs and specifications to craft an ideal candidate profile. Your research skills will help you locate the perfect candidates. You aim to identify individuals with the desired skills and traits beyond their CVs and job titles. You’ll need to reach out to and establish connections with A-Players who match clients’ requirements to achieve this. You must look beyond titles and CVs to identify the true A-Player.

You also have the opportunity to take on the role of Lead Talent Sourcer and manage this area within the company. This involves building a team, enhancing the skills of each department member, testing new ideas and tools, and engaging in numerous activities you can create and implement.
