Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to play a hands-on role as part of our Application Managed Services team.
As an Oracle Cloud HCM Administration Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual. The consultant will work as part of our Application Managed Services team providing support and solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Based upon experience, specific responsibilities may include:
- Ongoing HCM application administration responsibility across a Fortune 1000 companies Oracle environment.
- Troubleshooting issues and recommending long-term solutions to ease support issues and stabilize applications.
- Soliciting user requirements and proposing approaches to fixing potential issues
- Development of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to enhance existing applications
- Ad hoc training of users and administrators
- Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree or experience in HCM
- Must have at least 3 to 6 years of experience in either implementation or support of Oracle Cloud HCM.
- At least 2 to 5 years of hands on experience in supporting environments in Oracle Cloud Applications with specific experience in Oracle Payroll, Absence and/or Time & Labor.
- Ability to quickly understand HR concepts and apply to technology
- Intricate knowledge of defining customer payroll calendar, downstream impacts to CoreHR & GL.
- Preferred experience with supporting/managing HR functions such as Benefits, Talent, Payroll or HR Generalist.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients.

Additional Desired Skills:
- Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud; Core, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor
- Additional experience across additional Oracle HCM Modules such as Absence Management, Talent, Workforce Compensation, Performance/Goals, Recruiting, Learning, HR Helpdesk, and Security is a huge plus.
- Experience with Self-Service set-up and mobile responsive testing
- Experience with HR compliance reporting and global compliance (GDPR and ITAR a huge plus)
- Experience mentoring junior staff
