Job description

We are a wedding videography company based in Singapore seeking a highly creative and talented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in video editing, be familiar with the latest video editing software, and be able to work efficiently and effectively to meet strict deadlines. The Video Editor will be responsible for creating fantastic content for social media, meeting with clients to present their wedding videos, and producing high-quality video projects to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Download video files from cloud-based storage, organise them correctly, and ensure that they are synced with camera times.
  • Select the best video clips and adjust their colors and tweaks to give the best visual outlook.
  • Blend the video clips nicely with the music, add sound effects, and enhance audio quality to produce high-quality wedding videos.
  • Produce 8-12 minutes video highlights, 1-3 minutes highlight video, and 30-60 seconds IG story videos for a total of 10 projects.
  • Meet with clients via Google Meet to present their wedding videos and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet strict deadlines, communicate with team members and management to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in video editing.
  • Must have a strong portfolio of video editing work.
  • Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other related software.
  • Strong knowledge of audio and visual effects, color correction, and video codecs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and management.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively to meet strict deadlines.
  • Must have a fast and reliable internet connection to download video files.
