Job description

Business Development & Marketing Officer (New Business)

Responsibilities

Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new market segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
- Assist with the preparation of business development documents.

Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products/services and increase brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for various marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and advertisements.

Requirements


- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance & Banking, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of work experience.
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a related role.
- Proven track of market research and analysis experience would be an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
